This flow will allow you to dive into the creative fluid power of water, the sahaja "spontaneous" flow in yoga. The wave of our class includes jala namaskar, a prana vinyasa dancing warrior sequence from Shiva Rea allowing us to dive into variations of vasisthasana and fluid backbends, enjoying brief partner work and adjustments to deepen our feeling of the flow both in the asanas and movement. Then going down the river towards a prana vinyasa wave sequence as an intelligent way towards liberating backbends for all-levels. A possibility to dive into the breath wave, to rejuvenate your body and mind, awaken spontaneity and creativity within your yoga practice and life.
