Mindfulness, simply put, means being aware of what is happening when it's happening. Despite its definition and often simple techniques, it can prove to be a challenging, yet widely opening, practice. In this introduction, we will explore common misconceptions of a meditation practice, sitting and walking meditation, and how to apply meditation to daily activities.
