This class will introduce or re-familiarize students to mindfulness-based stress and anxiety reduction modalities rooted in the Insight Meditation and iRest® Yoga Nidra practices. Designed to incorporate the art of witnessing with the art of pointing the mind in specific directions, this calming and insightful practice will provide students with the tools necessary to better manage a life usually spent in distraction or emotional reaction.
Class time devoted to lecture: 31-45 minutes
