When practiced correctly, savasana can calm the mind and body relieve stress maybe even mild depression, reduce fatigue, headaches and insomnia. In this 1.5-hour workshop we will dive into the restful world of Savasana. Discover and understand the reasons why we do it, why its positioned at the end of class, how to get into it, as well as a handful of different partner assists and adjustments that you can share with your loved ones or your students in class.” Everyone Welcome.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
