Tap into a greater awareness of your own power by using a hammock to support your yoga practice and heighten progressions. This will be an opportunity to see the fiery, more challenging side of AIReal Yoga™. A chance to build self confidence, body awareness, and a deeper mind body connection. We will challenge ourselves by pushing through boundaries, deepening postures and finding our inner strength to open to new possibilities. This will be a powerful yoga practice with breathe and energizing movements supported by the hammock. Focusing on the core, our center, where our energy begins, creating fire to burn and let go or to excite and ignite. Finishing upside down in the hammocks to increase blood flow, decrease inflammation and decompress the spine. Led by Cirque artist and choreographer Carmen Curtis, founder of AIReal Yoga™, the first and only brand of aerial yoga accredited by the Yoga Alliance.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
Branded Style: AIReal Yoga™
