Sometimes it feels so good to sweat and feel that release of those endorphins. Join me for this fun-filled, sweaty class and learn how hooping can help create a body that you love, leaving you with a taste of "I feel amazing/beautiful/alive" after the class. Although this can be taught to any level of practitioners, we created this class for intermediate hoopers who have a basis already in order to focus on the fitness, cardio and toning essence of the class. We'll start with a few minutes of warming up and preparing for the exercises in the class, the main part of the class being focused on cardio and muscular systems and we will make sure you get a nice cool down session to stretch those new muscles you discovered during the class! Bring you own hoop or use one available for the class. The class will be bilingual/bilingue.

Ce type de classe peut être enseigné à tous les niveaux, mais nous avons créé cette classe spécifiquement de niveau intermédiaire pour pouvoir mettre le focus sur l'aspect plus fitness de la pratique. Nous commencerons avec un échauffement de quelques minutes afin de vous préparer pour les exercices qui suivront. La partie principale du cours sera dédiée aux systèmes cardiovasculaires et musculaires et nous terminerons le tout avec un délicieux retour au clame pour étirer tous ces muscles que vous aurez découverts durant la classe ! Apportez votre bouteille d'eau ainsi que votre cerceau, ou utilisez un cerceau sur place. Classe bilingue/bilingual.
