Do you want to try Slacklining Yoga in a short and sweet way? We have created a 40 minute class to introduce the concepts YogaSlackers’ foundational basics and give you the opportunity get your feet wet before you jump into slacklining. Slacklining is a meditative activity that will refine your sense of balance and mental focus. It involves balancing on a 1 inch wide 'yoga mat' (slackline). In this short and sweet Slackshop you’ll learn YogaSlackers’ these three basic concepts of Slackline Yoga- standing (commitment), arm balance (breath) and a line inversion (perspective). You do not need any previous slackline experience to take this class. All skill levels are encouraged to come. Take a chance and explore moving your yoga off your mat and into a slackline!
