Join our community on the mountain for this short introduction to metta meditation, or the practice of loving kindness. We'll take a very short, though slightly steep, walk towards a spot with a great view to pause and reflect. Together we'll share a guided meditation and some much needed reprieve from the activity below. Please bring walking shoes, water, and if you would like to sit on your mat bring it too – but it may get dirty!
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
