Welcome to the beautiful Laurentians! We take the gondola up in a group to the summit of Mont-Tremblant and enjoy the gorgeous 360* views during a short and accessible 45 minute hike. We'll pause for a couple of group and personal exercises. Gain perspective both visually and emotionally as we ask ourselves some important questions for the year to come! Bring a notebook, hiking shoes, and water. Mats are not required.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
