This class is what we call a complete workout, it includes the anaerobic system (cardio) and builds power in your legs and gluten. Don't be afraid to feel the burn! Running hill sprints is a good way to practice speed work and it also counts as a weight session. And, we will cover some basic exercises that you can manage to do at home as well. (There will be a 2-3k warm up in the beginning)
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
