With more than 20 million North Americans practicing meditation, and countless studies touting its various benefits, there is an increasing need for movement teachers who can skillfully guide meditation. Yet, when guiding others to look at how their mind functions, and how their heart responds, we must take extra care. Through practice and discussion, learn the many things to consider when inviting your students to turn inwards.
