With our busy festival schedule, it's great to take time to come and slow down on the water! In this beginner to intermediate class, discover the beauty of moving freely and with softness on your board. This is a deep but accessible practice combining longer postural holds but nice and low to the board as to stabilize your centre of gravity. Mixed in with some open eye landscape meditations, this slower, deeper, flowing and restorative SUP Yoga practice is a great way to press "reset" for our hyper energy levels. We will start with an intention circle on the beach and allow ourselves to target elements of emotional release using water, deep breathing and introspection to make room in the body, heart and mind and clear negativity as best we can. A cleansing and deep practice that will keep you asking for more!

Dans cette classe débutante/intermédiaire, venez découvrir la beauté du mouvement tout en douceur sur votre planche. Une pratique profonde mais accessible qui alliera des postures de longue tenue et près de la planche afin de stabilizer votre centre de gravité.
