The water is a perfect conduit for healing; allowing the body, breath, and thoughts to come into alignment. Restorative yoga gives you the permission to release, unwind and connect at a deeper level. Let your body be cradled in the movement of the water, let your thoughts relax with the sound of nature, and let the breath be. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. Come prepared to swim!
