Deep tissue massage assists in releasing pain, opening locked muscles, facilitating proper posture and quality sleep. SOMA SYSTEM® was developed by Roman Torgovitsky, Ph.D., Harvard trained Sleep scientist to overcome insomnia and burn out. It is a comprehensive system that uses combination of physical and psychological non-pharmaceutical interventions to restore health of soft tissues, relieve muscle pain and tension, resolve insomnia and overcome depressive and anxious moods. In 2014, Roman Torgovitsky, Ph.D. established Healing War Scars, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping veterans in Ukraine to overcome war-induced psychological trauma.
