Do you feel as though you could be taking better care of yourself but feel guilty taking time for actual self-care? Have you ever noticed how during periods of high stress, self care is usually the first thing to go?

It's not always easy to get to a massage table or a weekly yoga class. Establishing a ritual of self care using essential oils allows you to return to your peaceful roots and to harness the power of nature in one of its purest forms without necessarily having to take time away from your life, your work and your family. This class will teach you not only how easy it is to include essential oils in your day-to-day but why incorporating them into self-care routines is so beneficial. You will feel first-hand how they open you up to more ease in your life by helping to create energetic shifts in our emotional and physical states. Integrating essential oils into your daily routine might just be the perfect way to create a more whole and nourished YOU. We will cover the very basics of essential oil knowledge at the start of the class, so beginners are very welcome. Taught by Jennie Backstrom.
