This session will deep dive into some often over looked areas of taking care of your body for optimum health and performance on and off the mat. Key training tips EXOS uses with their elite athletes are simple messages that allow for improvement in the shoulder, torso, hips, and feet. Every movement you learn is certain to both decrease injury and improve performance. Come upgrade your knowledge of how to best care for your body coming back from injury, improving power on the bike, gaining mobility or strength on the mat, or simply to upgrade your overall body and well being. EXOS supports the best in sport so come learn why the German national soccer team, US Special forces, Rugby teams, and many more utilize the EXOS training system.
