I’m Tania, certified fitness coach, nutrition specialist, yoga teacher and creator of Eat Train Breathe. With over 10 years of experience in this field, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to share my passion for fitness, food, well-being as well as my knowledge, to guide and improve peoples’ lives.

In 2007, after graduating from university in finance, I worked in the corporate world for 3 years until I made the decision to change path and pursue a career in what truly inspires me. I have been dedicating my time training clients, educating and supporting them towards making better nutrition choices and inspiring them through my yoga classes, as a full time career for the past 4 years.

Sports have always been part of my life; I competed for over 10 years in a national ski league and enrolled in numerous other sports throughout the years. I was also brought up in an Italian household, where the culture of food was a staple in and of itself. My love for yoga was born the moment I was first introduced to it by a good friend of mine, 6 years ago. Since, not a day has gone by where I haven’t practiced yoga.
